Henan Yongtong Composite New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established through the integration of the former Henan Yongtong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s integration ceremony was held on March 3, 2024, followed by a shareholders’ meeting on March 5, and finally, the company’s founding assembly took place on March 17, marking the beginning of a new chapter in its development.

2024
During the company's integration, pilot production and R&D, as well as market promotion efforts, we produced a total of 638.81 tons of various products. Excluding product development and sample testing/validation, we sold 484.45 tons. The company’s annual post-tax revenue reached 17.77 million yuan.
Project construction
For the company to grow, foundational infrastructure and equipment installation must come first. In 2024, the company acquired an additional 43 acres of land, bringing its total land area to 89 acres—up from the original 46 acres. Additionally, a new factory building of 4,752 square meters was constructed on top of the existing 6,488-square-meter facility. The company also recently purchased and installed advanced equipment, including a cold-rolling machine, a slitting machine, a polishing machine, and an annealing furnace.

School-Enterprise Collaboration
In 2024, the company signed a collaborative R&D agreement titled "High-Performance Aluminum-Based Composite New Materials" with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Not only did the company receive theoretical guidance from Professor Zhang Tao's team, but it also gained access to cutting-edge equipment in Beihang's laboratories for testing its product performance. Additionally, Beihang’s technical experts visited the company’s production site multiple times to provide invaluable insights and practical advice on optimizing manufacturing processes, effectively demonstrating the seamless integration of industry, academia, and research. This collaboration has significantly accelerated the company’s advancements in copper-aluminum composite technology.

The company adheres to the work strategy of "focusing on key clients while driving growth among general customers." It is fully committed to tackling major challenges, successfully securing collaborations with renowned domestic and international companies such as Schneider, BYD, and CATL. On August 12, 2024, the company smoothly passed Schneider's rigorous audit and verification process in one go, paving the way for partnerships with multiple Schneider-affiliated firms in cities like Xi'an, Wuxi, Xiamen, and Beijing—thus opening a breakthrough path into the global electrical industry.
In the context of State Grid Corporation, the company has reached a preliminary strategic cooperation agreement with Xinjiang Tebian Electric Apparatus Co., Ltd. to broadly promote and apply copper-aluminum composite materials. Meanwhile, several companies—including Anhui Tiancun—have proactively reached out, expressing their interest in collaborating with us.
