Since their integration and restructuring in March of this year, Yongtong Company and Yongcheng Company have embarked on a challenging six-month journey of entrepreneurial spirit. Throughout this period, every member of the team has worked tirelessly under the weight of sweat, persevered through setbacks, bravely moved forward despite risks, and pushed boundaries through relentless effort—ultimately achieving significant progress in eight key areas: advancements in production technology, enhancements in product quality, improvements in workforce competence, boosts in management effectiveness, expansions in infrastructure scale, gains in market share, heightened brand recognition, and stronger employee unity. These achievements have collectively strengthened the company’s overall competitiveness, paving the way for a strategic partnership with the globally renowned firm Schneider. This milestone marks the beginning of a new era of high-quality, rapid growth for Yongtong and Yongcheng Companies, setting the stage for even greater success ahead.

Ren Wei, Chairman of Yongtong Company and Yongcheng Company, chaired the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. In his address, he shared several reflections on the company's progress: He expressed deep appreciation for the remarkable transformation in the company’s campus appearance and production conditions, acknowledged the challenging yet rewarding journey of the company’s growth, and highlighted the tangible achievements made so far. He also extended heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication. Finally, he emphasized the need to surpass Kexuan Company’s benchmark of 7,000 yuan per capita salary. Following this, he outlined five key requirements for the company’s next steps.
1. Focus on Enhancing Product Quality
Product quality is the foundation for a company’s survival and growth, determining its ultimate success or failure. Every member of our company must strengthen their awareness of product quality, ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage of production—and on every single product. Currently, our top priority is to meet Schneider Electric’s order standards by delivering products that are both high-quality and fully compliant in quantity, all while adhering to strict deadlines. After all, Schneider Electric orders hold immense significance for our company. They mark the very beginning of our collaboration with Schneider, serving as a pivotal step in our journey toward growth and expansion. Our goal? To succeed—without fail. To achieve this, we’ll rigorously reinforce our quality-testing and evaluation processes, meticulously inspecting each item and conducting thorough checks on every batch—absolutely no substandard products allowed to leave our facility.

2. Strengthen the company's standardized management
In a sense, standardized company management is essentially about refined management—aiming to make the company’s administrative processes more standardized, scientific, professional, procedural, and systematic. This involves breaking down goals and tasks into detailed components, clearly assigning responsibilities, and continuously improving institutional frameworks, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, as well as incentive and accountability mechanisms. By doing so, we ensure that every employee feels a sense of ownership, remains motivated under manageable pressure, and actively contributes to the company’s collective drive for even greater growth and success.

3. Focus on Enhancing Staff Competencies
Company growth depends on highly skilled, well-rounded, and technologically advanced personnel. Currently, our company primarily relies on experienced employees mentoring newcomers, while also fostering skill development through hands-on production experience and personal insights. Moving forward, we’ll not only organize our own training programs but also send outstanding team members to Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics for advanced studies—aiming to broaden their perspectives, refresh their mindsets, and enhance their professional capabilities.
4. Caring for and Supporting Employees' Well-being
Caring about the hardships and well-being of employees, and genuinely addressing their practical concerns, is a fundamental principle that the company is already upholding—and one it will continue to strengthen even further in the future. After all, there’s no such thing as a "small" employee issue; only when the company thrives and achieves profitability can employees enjoy steadily improving benefits and safeguards. Whatever employees deserve, the company must deliver without hesitation, boldly stepping up where necessary. This aligns perfectly with our future commitment to the "co-create and share" principle. For instance, next year we plan to elevate the standards of our Golden Autumn Scholarship program, adding more meaningful ceremonies to enhance the sense of fulfillment, happiness, and pride among employees and their families. By doing so, we aim to foster a harmonious corporate culture—one that encourages unity, collaboration, and shared dedication toward achieving common goals.
5. Ensure effective implementation of safety protocols
Safety in production is no small matter—it’s absolutely critical. The tragic scene from the July 26 China-Russia explosion accident remains vividly etched in our minds, and our company suffered significant losses as a result. We must learn valuable lessons from this incident, remain constantly vigilant, and firmly overcome any complacency or carelessness. It’s essential to promptly address and eliminate safety hazards. Our goal isn’t just to achieve zero accidents in production this year—but to maintain that same level of safety for years to come, ensuring not only a safe working environment this year, but also setting the foundation for long-term success without incidents in the future.
After the meeting, all employees in attendance received their Mid-Autumn Festival benefits.
