Using advanced hot-melt solid-liquid technology, multiple copper-aluminum composite strips are produced under high temperature, high pressure, and oxygen-free conditions, enabling metallurgical bonding between the copper and aluminum layers. This process results in materials with high bonding strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior electrical conductivity. Additionally, the production cost is approximately 30% lower compared to pure copper strips. These innovative strips are widely used in applications such as negative electrode terminals for next-generation lithium batteries, power distribution systems, and connecting plates.
